The ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the purpose of making facilitations for the students so that they have more time for studying rather than thinking of how to pay tuition and to solve their financial crisis, they will allocate half million dollars monthly for the students of the capacity building program. This decision was made after taking the financial crisis in Kurdistan into consideration.
