The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the Kurdistan Region announced the opening of the application for "Master & doctoral" students in the public universities in Kurdistan Region for the year 2016-2017.
It is worth mentioning that the Ministry of higher education and scientific research decided during the meeting of the Higher Specialized Committee, in the presence of representatives of all public universities, the submission date for the "Master & doctoral" studies will be on 24/4/2017.
