On Monday, December 23, 2024, under the supervision of the President of the University of Zakho, Dr. Nadhim S. Abdulaziz, along with the Vice President of the University for Students Affairs, Dr. Ramadan J. Mstafa, the Dean of the College of Humanities, Dr. Fakhir Yousif, and Director of the Zakho Center for Kurdish Studies Dr. Abdulsalam N. Abdullah, a ceremony was held for the publication of 18 new works from the Zakho Center for Kurdish Studies at the College of Humanities. 

It is worth mentioning that the Zakho Center for Kurdish Studies at the University of Zakho annually organizes various scientific activities, including numerous seminars and symposia. Additionally, the center consistently works on preparing, publishing, and distributing books related to topics such as history, language, literature, and Kurdish culture in Kurdish and Arabic languages, which serve the libraries of Kurdistan.
