The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research informs students of Kurdistan Region – the ones interested in studying MA & PhD- that the process of applying for MA & PhD study at the Public Universities of Kurdistan Region 2016-2017 will be as below.

At the same time, the Ministry announces that there will be enough preparation in coordination with the universities to welcome the interested ones to let the process goes in an academic and scientific way. In doing this, we ask the interested ones based on the below points and on time visit the universities to apply.

-The period of applying at all universities starts on Wednesday Oct 5th 2016 till Thursday Oct 27th 2016.
-obtaining entrance scientific exam of MA at all universities is Nov 7th 2016 at 10 am.
-obtaining PhD Scientific entrance exam at all universities is Tuesday Nov 8th 2016 at 10 am.
-Sending the results of the exams before Thursday Nov 24th 2016 to the Ministry, and research office and development for the acceptance purpose.
-Announcing the PhD and MA results will be on Monday Dec 5th 2016.
-The period of exam complaining is December 5th 2016 till Monday, December 12th 2016.
-The Deadline of result announcement of MA & PhD exams is Sunday 18th of December 2016.
-The first day of starting PhD & MA will be on Monday January 1st 2017.
