On the occasion of Kurdish Journalism Day and the 124th anniversary of the publication of the first Kurdish newspaper, “Kurdistan”, Korek Telecom Company honored a delegation of journalists and academics who contributed to the mission of journalism in Kurdistan on Friday, April 22, 2022, in Erbil city.

Prof. Dr. Hoger. T. Tawfiq, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Zakho was honored by the company for his efforts and contributions to the Kurdish press.
