The final match of the Basketball Championship of Kurdistan Region was held between the University of Zakho and the University of Duhok on Thursday, March 3, 2022.

The final match witnessed a great competition between the two teams throughout the match times to obtain the championship title. Both teams gave the best of their efforts and displayed their excellent skills and performance. In fact, the University of Zakho team was able to win the title over the University of Duhok team. Eventually, the final score-line stood at 77-71 points.  

Noteworthy, this is the fourth time in a row that the University of Zakho has hosted this tournament.
