The Presidency of the University of Zakho would like to inform students who are coming to postgraduate programs at the University of Zakho for the academic year 2020-2021 to follow the following:

 

1. Registration and payment of registration fees (PhD 300,000) (Masters 250,000) and is paid in the Accounts Directorate of the University Presidency. This decision does not include Parallel students.

2. Determine the financial guarantee in the Legal Affairs Directorate of the University Presidency, estimated at (22,500,000 for PhDs) and (15,000,000 for Masters), provided that the sponsor is a government employee and his annual salary is sufficient to cover the amount.

3. paying the first installments in the Accounts Directorate at the Presidency of the University in accordance with the university order number (1703/3).

4. Signing the pledge of the Scientific Secretariat in the Legal Affairs Directorate of the University Presidency.

Notes:

 

1. The deadline for registration will be on Thursday 10/22/2020, and if the student does not register before the scheduled date, he will not be entitled to start studying 10/25/2020.

 

2. The student should add the following requirements to his file in the graduate studies unit in his college or faculty (requirements: financial guarantee + registration fees + scientific trust pledge + study leave).
