Director of the Accountant Unit at the University of Zakho, Mr. Farhad S. Jamil, participated in a meeting held by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on Wednesday, May 31, 2023.

The meeting was chaired by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Aram M. Qadir, and attended by the directors of departments and administrative and financial directorates at the universities of the region. During the meeting, the general budget for universities and their institutions, the mechanisms for disbursing their entitlements, and ways to improve the performance of work in universities through continuous support were discussed.
