On Monday, March 1, 2021, Dr. Abdulhakim O. Mohamed- Dean of Zakho Technical Institute warmly welcomed Professor Dr. Lazgin A. Jameel- President of the University of Zakho and the accompanying delegate. The purpose of the visit was to congratulate Dr. Abdulhakim for his new position as the dean of the institute and wished him success in his endeavors.
