On Tuesday, July 24, 2018, in the presence of Dr. Amanj Saed- Advisor of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research-Dr. Yousef Goran delivered a speech in a workshop at Sheraton Hotel/Erbil. This workshop was held in the presence of teachers, scholars, and professionals in the field of electronic libraries. In the workshop, the minister talked about the electronic system of libraries at Kurdistan universities.
It is worth mentioning that Dr. Karwan Fahmi-Director of the Statisics and ICT Center and Mr. Omar M. Mustafa represented the University of Zakho in the workshop and shared their perspectives.
