Media Directorate of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research :

For the purpose of strengthening academic and scientific relations and cultural exchange, a number of selected students from Kurdistan universities visited the Republic of China. Mr. Khetab Shekhani, General Director of Administration and Economic office supervised the first group of the students, Mr. Mohammed Kelari, the Directorate of the International Relations, and Mr. Hemin Amin Shwani, the Director of the Media Directorate of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research were also with the group.

After the delegate of Kurdistan arrived in Beijing, the capital of China, a number of training courses on language and IT were given to the students by Hawaii Company. At first, Chinese course was held at Beijing Cultural and Language University. This course lasted for three days then certificates were distributed to the students from Hawaii Company.
