The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Yousif Goran announced that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research will announce the submission of proposals in order to get the grant of the Scientific Research Council.
This announcement was declared by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research in a workshop on Sunday 7/8/2017. In this workshop, the presidents of governmental universities, the heads of the strategic studies and scientific affairs and postgraduate studies were present.
