The Media Directorate of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research :
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced that they have disbursed the dues of the fifth phase for the students of the capacity building program which cost approximately 870,572 dollars.
The spokesman of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research said that the ministry will send 30$ millions through the banking system which will benefit more than 56 students of the capacity building program.
