Media Directorate of the Ministry of higher education and scientific research:
On Tuesday 16th of May, 2017, a formal meeting between the ministry of higher education and scientific research of the Kurdistan Region and the Turkish Consulate of the Kurdistan Region was held.
It is worth mentioning that, at the meeting, Dr. Yusuf Goran suggested to forming a joint board with the Turkish side, and added that, It is necessary to form a free zone and a unified common education system.
