On Thursday, January 5, 2017, a delegation headed by Bence Retvari the representative of the Ministry of human resources of the Hungarian Government visited the ministry of higher education and scientific research of the Kurdistan Regional government for the purpose of strengthening relations and signing the Memorandum of Understanding.
