University of Zakho and Soran University Strengthen Scientific and Academic Ties
On February 10, 2026, a high-level delegation from the University of Zakho, headed by the President of the University, Dr. Diyar A. Saeed, paid an official visit to Soran University. The visiting delegation was warmly received by the President of Soran University, Dr. Sherwan S. Qurtas, along with members of the University Council.
