Three teachers from the Department of Arabic language at the University of Zakho participated in the 5th international Arabic Language Conference in Dubai, UAE on the 4th till 7th of May, 2016. Assist. Prof.Dr. Sabah Hussein Mohmmed, head of the Department of Arabic language at UOZ, presented, with Mrs.Ibaa Younis Rashid, a paper entitled "Either; its Types, Language and Meanings, Rules-Grammatical and Inductive Study in The Quran."

While Assist.Prof. Dr. Aza Adnan Ahmed presented papers entitled "The Necessity of Using the Question Tools to Interrogate the Secrets of The Figurative Language Beauty in Al-Malik Soura for Example." And presented another paper with Mrs.Jwan Mohmmed Mahdi,lecturer at the University of Duhok, entitled " Irregular multiplier for assets in the language standards - Study and Lexicon." At the end, the participants were honored with certificates of appreciation.
