The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the Kurdistan Region decided during the meeting held on Monday, June 7, 2021 at  Dohuk University to reduce the wages of postgraduate studies for parallel system in its second year for the first three top students who have not yet been employed.

The Ministry decided to reduce study fees for the top students who applied for postgraduate studies for the academic year 2019-2020, taking into account the difficult financial conditions that students suffer from, as the percentage of reduction varies between the three top students. The reduction will be 75% for the first student , 50% for the second and 30% for the third.

The meeting discussed many other topics related to university students, masters, doctorates, and other topics.
