On Tuesday, February 9, 2021, in the presence of Dr. Aram M. Qadir-Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and a number of the presidents of universities, the ceremony of distributing Pedagogy certificates by Hamk University was conducted and certificates were distributed on 53 participants. It's worth mentioning that the pedagogy course was organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the Kurdistan region and (HAMK Häme University of Applied Sciences) in Finland.

It is worth mentioning that the Delegate of the University of Zakho was represented by Professor Dr. Yaseen T. Mustafa-Vice President of the University for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies, Assistant Professor Dr. Satar J. Haji-Director of Pedagogy Center, Dr. Ramadan J. Mustafa, Assistant Lecturer Shiler M. Mohamed, and Assistant Lecturer Edi S. Kachal.
