On Sunday, October 20, 2019, Dr. Aram M. Qadir-Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research participated in the fifth round graduation ceremony of Garmiyan University and delivered a speech. In his speech, he stated that in the results of students' objection, (1579) students are accepted. Then he added that the instructions of higher education studies (Master and Ph.D) are amended.
