The Department of English Language at the College of Humanities, University of Zakho, held a seminar delivered by Dr. Ivan Hasan Murad, a faculty member in the department, on October 27, 2026.

The seminar, entitled “University-Level Kurdish EFL Teachers’ Perceptions of Assessment: Purpose, Design and Validity, Reliability, and Practicality”, addressed key aspects of assessment in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) education at the university level.

It is noteworthy that the seminar was delivered in the presence of the college academic staff.
