A specialized training course for employees at the University of Zakho was successfully concluded.
On Wednesday, 17 June 2026, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Mohammed Hassan Khmo, Vice President of the University for Administrative and Financial Affairs, the closing ceremony of a specialized training course for university staff entitled “From Routine to Achievement: Enhancing Administrative Performance in the Institutional Work Environment” was held.
During the ceremony, the training course was officially concluded, and certificates were awarded to the participants.
The course was designed for the esteemed administrative staff of the University of Zakho with the aim of reducing administrative routine and introducing innovative approaches to workplace management and performance.
Course Program
The training course was conducted over three days, comprising a total of 12 training hours (4 hours per day), as follows:

Day One (Sunday, 14 June 2026): Administrative routine and the development of job performance.

Day Two (Monday, 15 June 2026): Effective administrative communication in the workplace.

Day Three (Wednesday, 17 June 2026): Team building and achieving institutional excellence.

Promoting and strengthening effective administrative communication among departments.

Developing a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
