On December 24, 2024, in the presence of the Vice President of the University of Zakho for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Jassim M. Abdo, the Director-general of the Scientific Research Centers, Dr. Dindar S. Bari, and the Director of the Biological Research Center, Dr. Shamiran S. Abdulrahman, along with numerous staff and students of the university, the Biological Research Center conducted a workshop entitled “DNA Analysis – From Sequencing to GenBank Submission” in collaboration with the Department of Biology. The workshop was held in form of seminars and practical activities and was presented by Dr. Jassim M. Abdo, Dr. Renas Issa, and Dr. Hividar Mohammed Taha.
