Under the supervision of the Head of the Petroleum Engineering Department, Dr. Sherwan M. Semo, and, an Acedemic Staff of the department, Mr. Yousif M. Sharif, a scientific trip was organized for the fourth-stage students at the Petroleum Engineering Department on December 4, 2024.

Noteworthy, the planned scientific expeditions aim to provide students with practical experience in the refining process which enable them to gain hands-on knowledge in the field. These activities are designed to enhance their understanding of crude oil refinement and the production of various petroleum-derived products through practical application.
