On Thursday, June 22, 2023, a delegation from Zakho University participated in the “Dissemination Conference” within the framework of the APPRAIS project, held at the Duhok Technical University.

The Zakho University representatives included the Vice President for Student Affairs, Dr. Karwan F. Sami, the Director of Quality Assurance, Dr. Dler Adel, and the Director of International Relations, Dr. Nizar I. Ali.

During the conference, Dr. Karwan delivered a lecture discussing the strategies employed to develop the university, enhance its academic system, and strive to make it a leading and influential institution in various fields.

The conference was supervised by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in collaboration with the Union of Mediterranean Universities, with participation from representatives of four European universities and eight universities from Kurdistan.
