Dr. Zahid S. Mohammed, Head of the Department of General Psychology at the University of Zakho, participated in an International Conference on Education, which was held by the Iraqi Ministry of Education in cooperation with the Ministry of Education in Kurdistan and other sponsors of the conference.

During his online participation in the activities of the conference, which was hosted in the city of Erbil, Dr. Zahid spoke about the opportunities and challenges facing the contemporary generation and the changes that need the support of those in charge of the educational system and finding effective strategies in the reform process and working to provide a suitable environment for young people to innovate, create and achieve.

The main objective of the conference was to identify the problems facing the private and public education sectors in the Kurdistan region, to assess the educational situation and plan to improve the reality of education in Kurdistan and Iraq and to read the data for the future of education in light of the rapid developments taking place in the era.
