On Tuesday, July 17, 2018, Dr. Loqman A. Abdulkarim-Dean of the College of Engineering welcomed Mr. Akrem Fatah- Member of Dohuk Province Council. The aim of this visit was to emphasize on the importance of strengthening relations.
