This training course is one of the major responsibilities of PTADC. This course is provided for the new graduates of MA or PhD who are expected to take teaching positions at the University of Zakho. The Center continues to provide these training courses at least two times a year for the sake of enhancing the human potentials of the teaching staff at the university.

This course aims to: Develop in participants a critical awareness and understanding of important recent research skills, developments in language teaching approaches and methods, and academic leadership and management skills.
