The event took place from 24th to 26th October 2023. On the second day of the event three European Universities (University of Pavia, University of Granada, UTAD University), UNIMED- Mediterranean Universities Union. Kurdish Universities ( Salahaddin University, University of Duhok, University of Halabja and University of Raparin as partners of this project participated in the event.
It is worth mentioning that the University of Zakho hosted students, academic staff members, educational coordinators, private schools, NGOs, companies, centers, and other stakeholders to the Stakeholders event.
The primary objective of the TeachersMOD project is to enhance the quality of academic offerings in the College of Basic Education and improve graduates' employability in this field and  focusing on various key areas, including curriculum review, definition of learning outcomes, coordination between the university sector and primary schools, and engagement with the local society.
