The Directorate of the Legal Affairs, Tenders, and Contracts Department announces Invitation to Bid No. (1) of 2026, in accordance with the General Contracting Instructions No. (2) of 2016, for the rehabilitation of the main water network of our university, in line with the requirements for engineering and civil works contractors.

Notes:

1. The tender will be opened on Wednesday, 08/07/2026.
2. Time: 11:00 a.m.
3. Location: University Presidency Building.
4. Any company wishing to participate may obtain the tender documents upon payment of the prescribed fee.
5. The bid security (initial guarantee) shall be in the amount of IQD 5,343,000 (Five Million Three Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Iraqi Dinars), submitted in the form of a bank guarantee letter or a certified check.
6. The University of Zakho is not obligated to accept the lowest bid.
7. The University of Zakho reserves the right to cancel the bidding process before issuing the letter of award.
