The Directorate of General Registration at the University of Zakho informs all students who have been accepted at the University to visit the registration offices to enroll formally at the University of Zakho for the new academic year.

The applicants are required to submit documents for enrolment as provided below:

1. One hard copy of the Twelfth Baccalaureate certificate, which must be validated by the Ministry of Education.

2. National (ID) (4).

3. Colored personal photos

4. Information card (3).

5. Voting card (1).

6. Ration Card (1).

7. Passport copy.

8. Blood test

9. Eye examination test

10. A CD consisting of a personal photo, national (ID), and the Twelfth Baccalaureate certificate.

11. The Admission Confirmation Form from the online application system, Zankoline.

12. Pay an admission deposit of 50,000.

Note: Students admitted to the education system (parallel, evening) must pay their first installment of the tuition fees with their registration procedure.
