The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced the transfer process for the new academic year (2023-2024) electronically, from (22/7/2023) to (31/8/2023). 

Students who complete the process must click on the tutorial link to avoid any mistakes. For more information, read the instructions of the Ministry. For any questions, students can contact the university records through their account.
