A delegate of the University of Zakho headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Abdul-Hameed Suleiman-Vice President of the University for Administration and Financial Affairs, participated in a training course entitled ”e-Governance” at Sofia University-Bulgaria. The delegate consisted of (18) lecturers and staff of the university and participated in the course for (12) days.
It is worth mentioning that at the end of the course, the staffs of the University of Zakho were awarded by certificates.
