On Wednesday, August 29, 2018, Dr. Yousef Goran- Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research declared that providing jobs is the toughest challenge of 21st century, putting the responsibility on the ministry to find solutions.
This statement was made during his participation in (Higher Education Reforming Project of Kurdistan Polytechnic Universities) in the presence of Dr. Amro E. Salma- Secretary General of the Union of Arab Universities, presidents and directorates of private and governmental institutes.
