On the 10th of August delegation from University of Zakho, Dr. Lazgin Abdi Jamil President of the University of Zakho, Dr. Yaseen Taha Mustafa the Vice-President of the Scientific Affairs and Dr. Ahmed H. Ibrahim the director of the International Relations Affairs, visited Bahçeşehir University in Istanbul/ Turkey and met with the reactor of the university and a group of the academic staff. During the visit, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed with the Bahçeşehir University. This MoU will open the entrances for a new teamwork between the two campuses in exchange programs, exchange of the students and staff, and joint supervision programs. Also, the delegation and the host university were sharing different ideas about the new system for the College of Medicine and the opportunities to guide different teaching staff and students for integrated programs. In the end, both parties were very keen to deliver the message on behalf of their university and their culture to initiate strong friendship relations in between both Iraqi Kurdish scientists and Turkish academic senior staffs, pioneers of the arts, developer of the medical and science curriculum, and research scholars to gather and arrange new developed education structures. In addition to the language training platforms and other related cooperation in Master and Ph.D. supervision opportunity and scholarships.
