On Saturday, June 30, 2018, Groupe Komkhabata Kurmanji concluded works and activities of its 62nd meeting at the University of Zakho. It is worth mentioning that the University of Zakho hosted this meeting at the campus for seven days.

Groupe Komkhabata Kurmanji was established on 1987. It holds two meetings annually on language and terminology of Kurdish language. In addition to this, this is the second time the university hosts this meeting in its campus and provides the group with necessary needs.
