The Spokesman of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research informs students that to apply for (Zankoline) system, they need a (username and a password), so they have to enter the system of Zankoline through their exam code, then register their phone number. After registering their number, they will receive an SMS with the username and the password.
The Spokesman of the Ministry, Akrem Abbas pointed out that if the students did not receive the message in 24 hours, they need to re-try again.
