The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research will take legal actions against those institutes who have signed contracts and protocols without the knowledge and approval of the Ministry.
Mr. Abas Akram, the Spokesman of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced that some news about signing a contract with the Irish International University (Eals) and opening a branch of the university in Erbil was heard in the social media a few days ago. This University will be private and it will accept only the Syrian refugees.
