Mr. Abbas Akram, a spokesman for the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research take some instructions about the staying time for the students that study in the outside region.
Mr. Abbas Akram, the ministry's spokesman, said that according to the ministry's instructions, students who study for bachelor's degrees have the right to stay for six months in the country where they are studying. While, for the students of master's studies, they must be stay at least one year (the academic study period is nine months). Finally, the doctoral students must be staying at least two-year (the academic study period is eighteen months).
