On Monday 24th of April, 2017, under the patronage of the Mr. Farhad Amin Atroshi, Governor of Duhok, the Youth House in Duhok organised an exhibition for youth talent, in which a number of talented youth and students participated.
The director of media of the Youth House said that the exhibition contained more than 20 creative works, mostly engineering and computer designs, pointing out that the aim of this exhibition is to serve young people and improve their relationship with businessmen.
It is worth mentioning that, under the supervision of Karwan Fahmy, a lecturer in the department of computer and director of the ICT & Statistics Center at the University of Zakho, four students of the fourth stage from the department of the computer, University of Zakho, presented two academic projects. The first project (Kurdistan Cars) for the sale and purchase of cars through the Internet prepared by the student Khalid Qassem Hussein and Abdul-Halim Abdul-Jabar Halim. The second project (Kurdistan Health Centers) to search for the clinics and doctors centers through the Internet prepared by Dawod Abdel-Salam Yasin and Qidar Abdul-Majid Mahmoud.
After that, Mr. Farhad Atrushi expressed his happiness about the students of the University of Zakho and the projects that will be the benefit for the Kurdistan region.
At the end of the exhibition, the Youth House paid tribute to the efforts of the students of the University of Zakho and were honoured with appreciation gifts for their outstanding projects.
