The ministry of the higher education and the scientific research request to hire the top three graduate groups from Kurdistan Universities and Institutes of the academic year (2014-2015).
It is worth mentioning, Mr. Abas Akram, the spokesman of the ministry of higher education and the scientific research, at his statement they mentioned that the ministry of higher education and scientific research, sent a document no. (2161) at Monday (06-02-2017) which was signed by Dr. Youssef Goran, the minister of the higher education and scientific research of the Kurdistan region, to the Presidential council of the minister of Kurdistan Region, and they request to hire the (1197) top three graduate groups from Kurdistan Universities and Institutes of the academic year (2014-2015).
