On Monday, January 9, 2017, a formal meeting was held at the ministry hall, between the committee of the Ministry of higher education and scientific research, and the Deputy Heads of Universities for scientific affairs and graduate studies, they discuss about the new plans for the graduate studies (Master and Doctorate), and then they took a decision on those instructions.
