On the occasion of the death of the great Kurdish historian writer Dr. Jamal Ahmed Rashid, Dr. Yusuf Guran on behalf of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, expressed their heartfelt condolences and sincere sympathy to the family of Dr. Jamal Ahmed Rashid, and he hoped that God give patience and solace to his family.
