The Ministry of higher education and scientific research has announced the list of foreign universities recognized, for the purpose of study in creative programs, as well as all other types of external studies, and modifying the certificate.

Worth mentioning, this list was organized, based on scientific grounds, for the purpose of benefiting from the global national system of global universities, by Dr. Yusuf Goran, minister of higher education and scientific research KRG.
