On Monday, the 7th of November, 2016 Dr. Yusuf Goran, minister of higher education and scientific research KRG, talked with the general consulate of Italian republic in Kurdistan region, Miss. Fidrica Sirin, and the director of the Extranet Development Manager of Promos Italian foundation, on the best methods needed to raise the level of the scientific abilities of the young replaced people and prepare them to establish their own business and project in the future.

Accordingly, the minister expressed his support to this project and considered it as one of the ministry's priority and promised to support all the activities of this project.
