The Directorate of Engineering and Projects is one of the directorates of the University of Zakho and is associated with the Vice President of the University for Administration and Financial Affairs. It is specialized in technical and engineering matters in the university, which provides its services to the university units, colleges, and faculties. Most significant tasks of this directorate are as follows: -Supervising the projects implemented in the university as well as overseeing, implementing, preparing reports, surveying, sowing, and maintenance of buildings, streets, sidewalks, water sewage and parks in general. -Preparing some designs for projects that are implemented directly or by referral. -Providing technical advice to the President of the University of Zakho, his assistants, and deans of the faculties. -Preparing monthly reports on the stages of implementing university’s projects. Coordination with engineering departments outside the university.
