Mustafa, from the Department of Physics, entitled (Effect of Spin Coating Speed and GaAs Substrate Orientation on the Electrical Performance of Polyaniline (PANI )/n-GaAs Hybrid Solar Cell Devices), was discussed at the Hall of Chemistry-Faculty of Science.
