On Tuesday, February 27, 2018, the Dean of the College of Engineering, Dr. Loqman A. Abdul-Kareem participated in the 4th International Engineering Conference on Developments in Civil and Computer Engineering at Ishik University.

The event was jointly organized by Ishik University and Erbil Polytechnic University. It is worth mentioning that presentations were delivered by researchers from the international community, including presentations from keynote speakers and state-of-the-art lectures.
