Each team identified one of the community problems and presented a solution project to be supported in their community.

The program enabled students to work with supervisors, through a number of multinational contacts, discussions, and dialogues related to diverse cultures, design thinking, understanding empathy, and identifying problems and solutions. The purpose of this program was to help students better understand today's global problems and correct misunderstandings within cultures.

At the end of the program, they will be awarded a certificate of participation by IREX. In addition to the participation certificate, they will have a special badge that they can put on their CV or personal accounts.
