On November 28, 2020, Professor Ali Hassan Fattah-researcher and lecturer in the Department of History at the University of Zakho, participated in the activities of the international conference held by the Association of International Relations at Taiwan University, and his participation consisted of presenting a research paper entitled "The Impact of Covid 19 on International Relations."
